- 1 cooking spray
- 1 1/3 cup(s) bread crumbs
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon(s) paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) oregano
- 1 dash(es) pepper
- 2 cup(s) 2 % milk
- 16 ounce(s) chicken breast tenderloins
Preheat the oven to 350 F.
Coat a large baking dish with cooking spray.
In a shallow dish mix together the bread crumbs, garlic powder, paprika, oregano and black pepper.
Pour the milk.
Dip chicken breast strip in milk and the drench in cornmeal mixture.
Coat well and place on the baking sheet.
Repeat procedure for the rest of the chicken strips.
Discard any leftover dredging mixtures.
Transfer the baking sheet of breaded tenders into the oven and bake for 30 minutes.
Turn chicken pieces over halfway through cooking time.
Serve.
