Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup(s) low fat ricotta cheese
  • 4 ounce(s) can shrimp, rinsed and drained
  • 2 tablespoon(s) low fat mayonnaise
  • 1 ounce(s) low fat yogurt
  • 1 ounce(s) Irish Mist liqueur
  • 1 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon(s) parsley
  • 1 dash(es) salt, to taste
  • 1 dash(es) pepper, to taste
  • 16 ounce(s) cocktail rye bread
  • 30 small shrimp, cooked and peeled

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, shrimp, mayonnaise, yogurt, liqueur, lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  • Stir until ingredients are smooth.
  • Arrange the slices of bread on a baking sheet.
  • Broil the toast for 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
  • Spread one side of each slice with the shrimp mixture, and return to the broiler and cook until mixture browns.
  • Remove from the broiler and place cooked shrimp onto of each slice.
  • Serve warm.
