Balsamic Grilled Chicken

The breast laid plans will take you right to this Balsamic Chicken. Prepared with lean chicken breasts, it takes just a few basic ingredients to whip this dinner into shape.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 tablespoon(s) balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon(s) olive oil
  • 6 teaspoon(s) dijon mustard
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 dash(es) salt, to taste
  • 1 dash(es) pepper, to taste
  • 16 ounce(s) organic free range chicken, boneless and skinless breast (4 breasts)

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, mix balsamic vinegar, olive oil, mustard, garlic and salt and pepper.
  • Add chicken breasts to the mixture and make sure to cover both sides evenly.
  • Cover and allow to marinate for at least one hour or overnight if possible.
  • Set grill to medium-high heat, cook marinated chicken breasts until golden brown and cooked thoroughly but moist.
  • Serve with your favorite salad or vegetable.
