In a small bowl, whisk together honey, coriander, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
Place pork chops in a resealable plastic bag and marinade for 1 hour.
Meanwhile, placed the peeled, cored and quartered apples into a large pot.
Add the lemon juice, cinnamon, sugar and cloves.
Cover and cook for 20 to 30 minutes, until the apples, are tender.
Remove from heat and use a potato masher to mash the cooked apples.
Set aside and keep warm.
Add oil to a large skillet and heat over medium-high heat.
Arrange the chops in the hot skillet.
Cook on high heat for 2 minutes on each side.
Cover and lower the heat to low.
Cook for another 5 to 7 minutes.
Serve alongside warm applesauce.
