- 34 floz water
- 1/4 cup(s) granulated chicken stock
- 2 tablespoon(s) reduced sodium soy sauce
- 2/3 tablespoon(s) mirin
- 2/3 tablespoon(s) wakame
- 1 tablespoon(s) rice vinegar
- 20 ounce(s) chinese noodles
- 1/2 cup(s) cilantro
- 4 scallions, thinly sliced
- 1 dash(es) salt
In a large pan bring the water to a boil and add the chicken stock, soy sauce, mirin, wakame, vinegar and salt.
Bring to another boil and then reduce the heat to low.
In a separate pan, cook pasta noodles according to package directions.
Divide the noodles among bowls.
Ladle the sauce mixture over the noodles.
Garnish with cilantro and scallions.
