
Zucchini Crust
Enjoy a pizza vegetable heaven. You can’t go wrong with this slice of gourmet goodness. Side step the pepperoni, sausage and bacon for a meat-free medley that’s as good as it is good for you.
Ingredients
- 3 cup(s) zucchini, shredded
- 3 eggs
- 1/3 cup(s) all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix zucchini and eggs.
- Stir in flour and salt.
- Spread onto a greased 12 inch pizza pan.
- Bake at 450 degrees F for 8 minutes.
- Reduce heat to 350 degrees and add favorite toppings.
- Bake for another 15 minutes until cheese is throughly melted.
