
Vegetarian Burritos

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon(s) olive oil
- 1 tablespoon(s) ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon(s) chili powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoon(s) sea salt
- 3 cup(s) meatless ground crumbles
- 6 corn tortillas
- 2 avocados, finely chopped
- 1 cup(s) corn
- 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 1 1/2 ounce(s) chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 1/2 floz lime juice
- 1/8 tablespoon(s) green chili peppers
Instructions
- Heat crumbles in olive oil.
- Combine cumin, chili powder and salt and coat crumbles thoroughly.
- Keep on low heat while making salsa.
- In a medium bowl gently stir together avocados, corn, tomatoes, cilantro, lime juice and chili pepper.
- Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Warm corn tortillas in microwave oven.
- Add desired amount of crumbles to the tortillas and top with Avocado-Corn Salsa.
