
Tangy Lime Rice
There’s a great deal on the lime with this scrumptious side. Transform ordinary rice into a citrus dream that has so much appeal.
Ingredients
- 1 cup(s) long grain white rice
- 1 teaspoon(s) lime zest
- 1 floz lime juice
- 2 cup(s) water
- 1 tablespoon(s) olive oil
Instructions
- Place white rice into rice cooker or boil per instructions.
- 1 cup water per 1 cup rice.
- Add oil to rice before turning on.
- Mix in lime zest, lime juice and cilantro into cooked rice.
- Serve and enjoy!.
