Super Spinach Salad

This super nutrient rich spinach salad is bursting with flavor.  Protein packed, its both filling and delicious. Gotta love those greens!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 package fresh spinach
  • 1/4 cup(s) low fat blue cheese crumbles
  • 2 tablespoon(s) white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon(s) oil
  • 1/8 cup(s) unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/4 cup(s) pecan halves

Instructions
 

  • Toss spinach, blue cheese, vinegar and oil together in a bowl.
  • Use a skillet to saute pecan halves in applesauce until browned.
  • Add pecans to bowl and serve.
