We’re not pudding you on — this creamy, dreamy dessert is downright delicious! We have taken a family favorite treat and put a chocolate spin on it. Too good to resist. Now, that’s a grain of truth.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 1/2 cup(s) short-grain rice
  • 1 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 4 cup(s) low fat milk
  • 1 tablespoon(s) cocoa powder
  • 6 egg yolks
  • 2 ounce(s) dark chocolate, grated

Instructions
 

  • Place rice and salt in the slow cooker.
  • Stir in the milk and cocoa powder, then add sugar and continue to stir until well combined.
  • Cover slow cooker and cook on low for 2-3 hours.
  • Shut off slow cooker and beat in egg yolks and leave to settle, unheated for a few minutes.
  • Serve into individual serving dishes, sprinkle with grated chocolate.
  • Let cool, then serve.
