You don’t have to be in France to do as the French do. Raise a toast to this healthy, breakfast offering. It’s a healthy version of your classic favorite but with a delicious twist that will have your family begging you for more!

Ingredients
  

  • 4 tablespoon(s) almond butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoon(s) honey
  • 1 cooking spray
  • 8 1/2 tablespoon(s) egg whites
  • 1/2 cup(s) orange juice
  • 6 slices of bread, cut in half

Instructions
 

  • Combine coconut butter, cinnamon and honey in a small bowl.
  • Use cooking spray to grease baking pan.
  • In a shallow bowl mix egg whites and orange juice.
  • Dip bread slices into egg white mixture and place in prepared pan.
