
Crock Pot Mac & Cheese

Ingredients
- 3 cup(s) spiral pasta, dry
- 3 tablespoon(s) light butter
- 8 ounce(s) light Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1 1/4 cup(s) light sharp cheddar, shredded
- 1 teaspoon(s) dijon mustard
- 1 cup(s) low fat milk
- 8 tablespoon(s) heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) cayenne
Instructions
- Cook pasta in salted boiling water for 5 minutes.
- You want it to be just under cooked.
- Drain and place in slow cooker.
- Add remaining ingredients to slow cooker and stir until well combined.
- Cook on high for 2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes.
