Ingredients
  

  • 16 ounce(s) spaghetti
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup(s) egg substitute
  • 1/2 cup(s) almond milk
  • 1/2 cup(s) reduced fat Parmesan cheese
  • 1 dash(es) salt
  • 1 dash(es) pepper
  • 1 cooking spray

Instructions
 

  • Cook spaghetti according to package directions.
  • Drain and keep warm.
  • Set aside.
  • Meanwhile, spray saute pan with cooking spray and saute the garlic.
  • Add the egg substitute, milk and parmesan cheese and stir well.
  • Add the spaghetti and egg mixture to the pan, remove from the heat and stir until the noodles are coated and the eggs are cooked.
  • Season with salt and pepper and serve hot.
