Ingredients
  

  • 2 avocados, chopped
  • 15 1/2 ounce(s) can of black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup(s) red onions, chopped
  • 3 Roma tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 lime, juice of
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) coarse salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) olive oil
  • 2 red pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) cayenne
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together.
  • Squeeze lime juice on top and toss salad gently.
  • Chill in refrigerator for at least an hour before serving, or you can place in pot and warm over medium heat if you prefer it warm.
