
Best Baked Chicken Tenders
Tender are these bites. Enjoy chicken tonight with these baked poultry pieces that are prepared to perfection. They’re healthy and filling.
Ingredients
- 1 cooking spray
 - 1 1/3 cup(s) bread crumbs
 - 1/8 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
 - 1 teaspoon(s) paprika
 - 1/4 teaspoon(s) oregano
 - 1 dash(es) pepper
 - 2 cup(s) 2 % milk
 - 16 ounce(s) chicken breast tenderloins
 
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F.
 - Coat a large baking dish with cooking spray.
 - In a shallow dish mix together the bread crumbs, garlic powder, paprika, oregano and black pepper.
 - Pour the milk.
 - Dip chicken breast strip in milk and the drench in cornmeal mixture.
 - Coat well and place on the baking sheet.
 - Repeat procedure for the rest of the chicken strips.
 - Discard any leftover dredging mixtures.
 - Transfer the baking sheet of breaded tenders into the oven and bake for 30 minutes.
 - Turn chicken pieces over halfway through cooking time.
 - Serve.
