Ingredients
  

  • 34 floz water
  • 1/4 cup(s) granulated chicken stock
  • 2 tablespoon(s) reduced sodium soy sauce
  • 2/3 tablespoon(s) mirin
  • 2/3 tablespoon(s) wakame
  • 1 tablespoon(s) rice vinegar
  • 20 ounce(s) chinese noodles
  • 1/2 cup(s) cilantro
  • 4 scallions, thinly sliced
  • 1 dash(es) salt

Instructions
 

  • In a large pan bring the water to a boil and add the chicken stock, soy sauce, mirin, wakame, vinegar and salt.
  • Bring to another boil and then reduce the heat to low.
  • In a separate pan, cook pasta noodles according to package directions.
  • Divide the noodles among bowls.
  • Ladle the sauce mixture over the noodles.
  • Garnish with cilantro and scallions.
