Ingredients
  

  • 24 ounce(s) red snapper
  • 3 1/8 tablespoon(s) olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon(s) packed grated lemon zest
  • 3 teaspoon(s) coarse black pepper
  • 1 floz white wine
  • 1 teaspoon(s) lemon pepper
  • 2 tablespoon(s) parsley

Instructions
 

  • Pour 2 1/2 tablespoons of olive oil into a small bowl and add the lemon zest, pepper, and white wine.
  • Set aside and let sit for 20 minutes before using.
  • Heat 2 teaspoons of olive oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  • Saute snapper for 3 minutes on each side.
  • Brush the lemon oil mixture over the fish.
  • Remove from the snapper from skillet and place on a serving platter.
  • Sprinkle with lemon pepper.
  • Garnish with parsley.
