Ingredients
  

  • 2 garlic cloves, sliced
  • 16 ounce(s) Tuna Steak, rinsed and patted dry
  • 1 teaspoon(s) olive oil
  • 1 lemon, cut into 4 wedges
  • 1 tablespoon(s) fresh dill, chopped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat grill on medium heat.
  • Cut garlic cloves into slices.
  • Lay fish flat making 1/4 inch deep incisions to place garlic slices.
  • Sprinkle with dill.
  • Lightly coat both sides of fish with olive oil.
  • Place on the grill, only turning fish over once cooked to the desired doneness.
  • Serve with lemon wedges.
