
Scrumptious Wild Salmon
Here’s a salmon dish your family is going to go wild over. If you are looking for the perfect way to prepare your salmon, this is it. A blend of white wine, fresh fennel and lemon juice, it has just the right amount of kick that is swimming in goodness.
Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 floz white wine
- 3 teaspoon(s) sugars
- 1/3 ounce(s) shaved fennel
- 1 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1 teaspoon(s) cayenne pepper
- 4 cup(s) baby arugula
- 1 Hass ripe avocado, pitted and cut into 1/2 inch cubes
Instructions
- Place salmon filets, white wine, sugar, fresh fennel, lemon juice, salt and cayenne pepper flakes in a medium bowl.
- Cover and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours.
- Remove salmon from marinade.
- Grill over medium-high heat 6 to 7 minutes per side.
- Serve over top arugula and top salmon with avocado.
