Ingredients
  

  • 1 tablespoon(s) olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon(s) ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon(s) chili powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon(s) sea salt
  • 3 cup(s) meatless ground crumbles
  • 6 corn tortillas
  • 2 avocados, finely chopped
  • 1 cup(s) corn
  • 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 1/2 ounce(s) chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 1/2 floz lime juice
  • 1/8 tablespoon(s) green chili peppers

Instructions
 

  • Heat crumbles in olive oil.
  • Combine cumin, chili powder and salt and coat crumbles thoroughly.
  • Keep on low heat while making salsa.
  • In a medium bowl gently stir together avocados, corn, tomatoes, cilantro, lime juice and chili pepper.
  • Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • Warm corn tortillas in microwave oven.
  • Add desired amount of crumbles to the tortillas and top with Avocado-Corn Salsa.
