
Balsamic Grilled Chicken
The breast laid plans will take you right to this Balsamic Chicken. Prepared with lean chicken breasts, it takes just a few basic ingredients to whip this dinner into shape.
Ingredients
- 4 tablespoon(s) balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoon(s) olive oil
- 6 teaspoon(s) dijon mustard
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 dash(es) salt, to taste
- 1 dash(es) pepper, to taste
- 16 ounce(s) organic free range chicken, boneless and skinless breast (4 breasts)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix balsamic vinegar, olive oil, mustard, garlic and salt and pepper.
- Add chicken breasts to the mixture and make sure to cover both sides evenly.
- Cover and allow to marinate for at least one hour or overnight if possible.
- Set grill to medium-high heat, cook marinated chicken breasts until golden brown and cooked thoroughly but moist.
- Serve with your favorite salad or vegetable.
