
Red Roasted Potatoes
We don’t mean to boast — but these potatoes are the way to go. Perfectly prepared, they’re the answer to your side dish search. Whip up a batch tonight!
Ingredients
- 16 ounce(s) red skinned potatoes
- 1 tablespoon(s) French Onion Dip Mix
- 1 teaspoon(s) kosher sea salt
- 1/4 cup(s) olive oil
- 1/2 cup(s) sweet onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) fresh ground pepper
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees FWash and scrub potatoes.
- Cut into half-moon wedges and place into large container that has a sealed lid top.
- Add Onions, garlic, salt, pepper and oil to potatoes.
- Add Lipton Onion dip packet to potatoes.
- Place lid on container and shake until all potatoes are evenly covered in mix.
- Leave in refrigerator for an hour or more for oil and seasoning to soak into potatoes.
- Place potatoes into an oven safe pan and spread evenly.
- Cook potatoes covered with tin foil for 30 mins.
- Then uncover and cook for an additional 10 mins.
- , or until potatoes look golden brown and cooked thoroughly.
- Remove from oven, serve and enjoy!.
