Ingredients
  

  • 16 ounce(s) broccoli, cut into small pieces
  • 1 teaspoon(s) grapeseed oil
  • 1 teaspoon(s) grated garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) ground coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) ground cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt

Instructions
 

  • Steam the broccoli until tender.
  • Place the oil and garlic in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and cook for 1 minute.
  • Add cumin, coriander, black pepper, cinnamon, cloves and salt.
  • Cook for 10 seconds.
  • Add the broccoli and cook for 20 seconds, mixing gently until the spices are evenly distributed.
  • Serve on top of rice.
