
Gingery Pepper Pork Chops
There are plenty of pork recipes to go around, yet this ginger pepper one is sure to impress. Chock full of flavor, they are a quick and easy fix. Your family will definitely want to pig out on these.
Ingredients
- 4 tablespoon(s) red wine vinegar
- 1 1/2 teaspoon(s) oregano
- 3 teaspoon(s) grated ginger root
- 2 tablespoon(s) olive oil
- 1 floz water
- 2 teaspoon(s) pepper
- 4 garlic cloves
- 12 ounce(s) (3 oz each) pork loin chops
Instructions
- Mix vinegar, oregano, ginger root, olive oil, water, pepper, garlic and pork chops in a resealable plastic bag.
- Marinate pork chops for at least 1 hour.
- Do not marinate for more than 24 hours.
- Heat a grill over medium heat.
- Remove the pork chops from the bag and place them on the grill.
- Cook until the pork chop releases from the grill, about 4 minutes.
- Flip and cook on the other side for another 3 minutes.
- Serve.
