
Sauteed Kale
Are you a lean, green eating machine? If so, you’ll love this fabulous rendition of steamed kale. Sink your teeth into this gourmet vegetable that’s chock full of goodness.
Ingredients
- 4 cup(s) kale
- 2 floz water
- 2 tablespoon(s) olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 3 tablespoon(s) red wine vinegar
- 1 dash(es) salt
- 1 dash(es) pepper
Instructions
- Tear kale leaves off of stems.
- Discard stems.
- Wash leaves well.
- Heat oil in large skillet and saute garlic.
- Add kale and water.
- Cover and let cook.
- When bright green and tender, add vinegar and uncover.
- Cook until most liquid has evaporated.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
