
Very Vegan Bulgur Pilaf

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon(s) coconut butter
- 1 cup(s) bulgur wheat
- 1/3 tablespoon(s) minced onion
- 2 cup(s) low sodium vegetarian broth
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) oregano
- 1 dash(es) pepper
Instructions
- Melt coconut butter in skillet.
- Once the skillet is sizzling add bulgur wheat and cook until wheat is golden.
- Stir in onion, vegetarian broth, salt, oregano and pepper.
- Cover; heat to boiling.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
