Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoon(s) coconut butter
  • 1 cup(s) bulgur wheat
  • 1/3 tablespoon(s) minced onion
  • 2 cup(s) low sodium vegetarian broth
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) oregano
  • 1 dash(es) pepper

Instructions
 

  • Melt coconut butter in skillet.
  • Once the skillet is sizzling add bulgur wheat and cook until wheat is golden.
  • Stir in onion, vegetarian broth, salt, oregano and pepper.
  • Cover; heat to boiling.
  • Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
