Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounce(s) Tofutti imitation cream cheese, plain
  • 2 tablespoon(s) sweet vidalia onion salad dressing
  • 1/2 cup(s) broccoli, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup(s) carrots, grated
  • 1/4 cup(s) cucumber, grated
  • 1/4 cup(s) red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/10 cup(s) black olives, finely chopped
  • 1/8 tablespoon(s) dill weed
  • 4 whole wheat tortillas (8 inches)

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, beat cream cheese and salad dressing until blended completely.
  • Add broccoli, cucumber, carrots, onion, black olives and dill weed.
  • Spread over tortillas.
  • Roll up tightly and wrap tortilla in plastic wrap.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  • Take the plastic wrap off and cut into slices, you should have about 8 slices per tortilla.
  • Place onto a serving plate and serve.
