
Veggie Pinwheels
Give this delicious kid (and adult) pleaser a spin the next time you’re looking for a unique lunch or snack idea!
Ingredients
- 8 ounce(s) Tofutti imitation cream cheese, plain
- 2 tablespoon(s) sweet vidalia onion salad dressing
- 1/2 cup(s) broccoli, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup(s) carrots, grated
- 1/4 cup(s) cucumber, grated
- 1/4 cup(s) red onion, finely chopped
- 1/10 cup(s) black olives, finely chopped
- 1/8 tablespoon(s) dill weed
- 4 whole wheat tortillas (8 inches)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, beat cream cheese and salad dressing until blended completely.
- Add broccoli, cucumber, carrots, onion, black olives and dill weed.
- Spread over tortillas.
- Roll up tightly and wrap tortilla in plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Take the plastic wrap off and cut into slices, you should have about 8 slices per tortilla.
- Place onto a serving plate and serve.
