  • 2 whole wheat bread slices

  • 2 cherry tomatoes sliced in half
  • 2 cucumber slices, cut in fourths
  • 1 kosher dill pickle, sandwich cut
  • 1/2 cup(s) romaine lettuce
  • 1/4 cup(s) baby spinach
  • 1/2 tablespoon(s) red onion, chopped

Instructions
 

  • Toast 2 slices of whole wheat toast and spread hummus on each slicePlace tomatoes, cucumber, pickle, lettuce, spinach, and onions on top of one slice and top with other slice hummus down.
