Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup(s) whole wheat flour
  • 2 teaspoon(s) baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 4 tablespoon(s) soy margarine
  • 8 tablespoon(s) egg whites
  • 3/4 cup(s) canned coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon(s) chopped fresh dill

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  • Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in large bowl.
  • Add soy margarine and mix well.
  • Add egg whites, coconut milk, lemon juice and dill.
  • Mix well.
  • Stir mixture into flour mixture until it forms soft dough that pulls away from side of bowl.
  • Turn out dough onto floured surface.
  • Knead dough.
  • Roll out dough into rectangle using rolling pin.
  • Cut dough into 6 squares.
  • Cut each square diagonally in half, making 12 triangles.
  • Place triangle onto baking sheets.
  • Bake until golden brown.
  • Approx.
  • 15 minutes.
  • Allow to cool for 10 minutes and serve.
