Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounce(s) linguine
  • 1 tablespoon(s) extra virgin olive oil
  • 5 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon(s) oregano
  • 1 dash(es) pepper
  • 20 ounce(s) shrimp, peeled & deveined
  • 2 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup(s) cilantro
  • 2/3 cup(s) bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoon(s) reduced fat Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) chipotle powder

Instructions
 

  • Cook pasta according to package directions; drain well.
  • Meanwhile, in a large nonstick skillet, heat the oil.
  • Add garlic, chipotle powder, hot pepper sauce, oregano and pepper.
  • Add the shrimp and coat well with spiced oil.
  • Saute until just pink, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Add the lemon juice, cilantro, bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.
  • Cook for another 2 minutes.
  • Serve over the cooked pasta.
  • saute.
