
Simple Bread Pudding
Little Red Ridinghood may fill her basket with this delicious bread pudding. It will be hard to even keep the Big Bad Wolf away from this recipe. It is easy to make and smooth and creamy to taste. Go on and share!
Ingredients
- 32 ounce(s) french bread, cubed (about 4 cups)
- 1/2 cup(s) egg substitute
- 2 cup(s) low-fat milk
- 4 tablespoon(s) light butter
- 48 teaspoon(s) organic whole cane sugar
- 1 teaspoon(s) cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a casserole dish about 1-2 quarts, place bread cubes so they are all flat and touching bottom of the dish.
- Mix all other ingredients together and pour over bread.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes.
- Let cool for 5 minutes.
- Serve with ice cream or plain.
