Ingredients
  

  • 4 pears
  • 1 teaspoon(s) grapeseed oil
  • 2 ounce(s) walnuts
  • 3 ounce(s) Gorgonzola
  • 2 tablespoon(s) honey
  • 4 slices whole wheat bread toasted

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the grill to 350 F.
  • Cut the pears into 1-inch thick wedges.
  • Remove and discard the cores.
  • Brush them with the oil.
  • Cover grill with lid and grill for 4 minutes on each side.
  • Meanwhile, toast walnuts in a small pan over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
  • Pour walnuts in a bowl add Gorgonzola.
  • Add honey and stir.
  • Pile the pears onto slices of toast and sprinkle with walnuts and Gorgonzola cheese.
