Ingredients
  

  • 6 chicken breasts, boneless skinless
  • 1 dash(es) salt, to taste
  • 1 dash(es) pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) basil
  • 4 floz white grape juice
  • 1 1/4 cup(s) reduced fat can cream of chicken soup
  • 4 ounce(s) sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 1 cup(s) fat free sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon(s) diced pimento

Instructions
 

  • Season chicken breast with salt, pepper, thyme and basil.
  • Place seasoned chicken into crockpot.
  • Combine white grape juice, chicken soup and mushrooms and pour over chicken.
  • Cover and cook on low for 7 hours or on high for 3 hours.
  • Add sour cream 30 minutes before taking out of crockpot.
  • Top with pimento.
  • Serve with rice.
