Ingredients
  

  • 16 ounce(s) lean ground turkey
  • 3/4 cup(s) old- fashioned oats
  • 1 teaspoon(s) ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon(s) onion powder
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 cup(s) salsa
  • 1/4 cup(s) shredded reduced fat Colby-Jack cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 F.
  • In a medium bowl, combine lean ground turkey, old fashioned oats, cumin, onion powder, egg whites, 1/2 cup salsa, and low fat Colby-Jack cheese.
  • Place mixture in a loaf pan, and smooth top.
  • Bake, brushing with remaining 1/2 cup salsa every 12 minutes, for about 1 hour or until done.
  • Serve.
