
Grilled Steak with Steak Sauce
Stick a fork in it. You’ll be done with other steak recipes after you sample this succulent grilled steak. Served with a side of sauce, it’s the ultimate way to get your grill on. Something so good is a rare find.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup(s) water
- 1/2 cup(s) dried currants
- 1/4 cup(s) ketchup
- 3 tablespoon(s) Worcestershire sauce
- 6 teaspoon(s) dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoon(s) white vinegar
- 1 dash(es) salt, to taste
- 1 dash(es) pepper, to taste
- 4 rib-eye steaks, 8 to 10 ounces
Instructions
- Combine water and dried currants in a bowl.
- Heat in microwave for 1-3 minutes, and let stand for 5 minutes.
- In a blender or food processor, combine currants, water, ketchup, Worcestershire, mustard, and vinegar in the blender until smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Season steaks with salt and pepper.
- Grill steak until well browned and cooked to desired doneness on each side.
- Dress steak with sauce when ready to serve.
