Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup(s) water
  • 1/2 cup(s) dried currants
  • 1/4 cup(s) ketchup
  • 3 tablespoon(s) Worcestershire sauce
  • 6 teaspoon(s) dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoon(s) white vinegar
  • 1 dash(es) salt, to taste
  • 1 dash(es) pepper, to taste
  • 4 rib-eye steaks, 8 to 10 ounces

Instructions
 

  • Combine water and dried currants in a bowl.
  • Heat in microwave for 1-3 minutes, and let stand for 5 minutes.
  • In a blender or food processor, combine currants, water, ketchup, Worcestershire, mustard, and vinegar in the blender until smooth.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Season steaks with salt and pepper.
  • Grill steak until well browned and cooked to desired doneness on each side.
  • Dress steak with sauce when ready to serve.
