Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 cup(s) olive oil
  • 1/3 cup(s) soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon(s) red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup(s) honey
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon(s) fresh ginger, minced
  • 1 dash(es) freshly ground pepper
  • 24 ounce(s) organic top sirloin steak, cut into 1.5 inch cubes
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 zucchini, cut in half moons

Instructions
 

  • Mix olive oil soy sauce, red wine vinegar, honey, garlic, ginger and fresh ground pepper in a bowl.
  • Add meat and allow to marinande for at least 30 minutes or longer.
  • Cut vegetables into chunks about same size as steak chunksNow poke meat and vegtables on to skewer.
  • Pre-heat grill on high, once ready, place kabobs on grill for 8-10 mins, turning occasionally to cook evenly on all sides.
  • Take kabobs off grill once meat is cooked to your liking.
  • Let cool for 5 mins, serve and enjoy!.
