
Ginger Infused Steak
Here’s a perfectly marinated steak to make any dinner pop with flavor and a great way to turn an ordinary steak into a gourmet delight.
Ingredients
- 24 ounce(s) lean flank steak (0.5 inch thick with fat trimmed)
- 4 ounce(s) light grapefruit juice
- 4 ounce(s) low sodium soy sauce
- 1 1/4 tablespoon(s) freshly grated ginger
- 1 large garlic, chopped
Instructions
- Place steak into a plastic resealable bag.
- Pour in light grapefruit juice and low sodium soy sauce.
- Add the ginger and garlic.
- Gently turn the bag upside down to ensure steak is fully covered with marinade.
- Place bag with steak and marinade in refrigerator for at least an hour to allow the steak to fully be infused with sauce.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat, place steak on the grill and cook for 5 minutes on each side for medium doneness.
- Remove from grill and allow steak to sit for 10 minutes before cutting into thin slices.
