Ingredients
  

  • 5 cup(s) organic steel cut oats
  • 1 cup(s) sliced almonds
  • 4 tablespoon(s) organic cocoa powder
  • 8 tablespoon(s) organic coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup(s) maple syrup

Instructions
 

  • Pre-Heat oven to 275 degrees FIn a medium bowl, mix steel cut oats, chopped almonds and cocoa powder.
  • In a medium sauce pan, melt coconut oil, then add vanilla extract, and maple syrup.
  • Mix it well.
  • Remove from heat and add to oat mixture.
  • Stir until eveything has been nicely coated with oil mixture.
  • Spread on cookie sheet evenly.
  • Bake for 70 mins.
  • , cool for 5-10 minutes and it is ready to eat.
  • Store in air tight container.
