Ingredients
  

  • 12 ounce(s) boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon(s) extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) pepper
  • 1/2 cup(s) plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon(s) white wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
  • 1/2 ounce(s) shaved fennel
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 4 whole wheat tortillas
  • 1/2 cup(s) feta cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  • Rub the chicken breasts with oil.
  • Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Place chicken on the grill, and grill for 5 minutes on each side.
  • Let cook for 15 minutes to slightly cool.
  • Finely dice the chicken and set aside.
  • Combine yogurt, vinegar, lemon juice, fennel leaves and garlic in a small bowl; toss.
  • Spread on each of the tortillas.
  • Divide chicken mixture evenly among tortillas.
  • Top each serving with feta.
  • Serve.
