
Cherry tomatoes with Feta and olives
Finding the perfect finger foods for a snack isn’t the easiest feat, especially since more often than not, they’re completely unhealthy. Not so with these feta-topped cherry tomatoes. Sink your teeth into goodness.
Ingredients
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- 3 ounce(s) feta cheese, softened
- 10 black olives
- 1/3 tablespoon(s) balsamic vinagar
- 1 dash(es) salt
- 1 dash(es) black pepper
Instructions
- Cut the tops off the cherry tomatoes and scoop out the seeds.
- Salt the insides to help dry them out some.
- Turn them upside down to help them to drain out.
- Cut tops off of the olives and save for decoration.
- Chop the rest and mix with the softened Feta cheese.
- Carefully pat dry the insides of the tomatoes with a paper towel.
- Season with black pepper and a drop of balsamic vinegar.
- Fill each tomato with feta cheese mixture and top it off with the black olive top.
- Serve immediately.
