
Cheesy Baked Spaghetti
On top of spaghetti… you’ll find a medley of three cheeses. Ricotta, mozzarella and parmesan play supporting roles in this Italian meal that will please adults and kids alike. Making it an Italian kind of night.
Ingredients
- 16 ounce(s) spaghetti
- 2 cup(s) reduced fat ricotta cheese
- 2 cup(s) reduced fat shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup(s) reduced fat Parmesan cheese
- 1 cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 F.
- Use cooking spray to grease a 13 by 9-inch baking dish.
- Cook the spaghetti according to the package directions.
- Once cooked, place spaghetti in a medium bowl.
- Stir in the ricotta and mozzarella cheese.
- Toss and mix well and transfer to the baking dish.
- Sprinkle parmesan over the pasta.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Serve hot.
