Black Bean Flautas

Make it a fiesta with this crowd pleaser! Perfectly crunchy on the outside, black bean goodness in the middle. This is great with a guacamole dip. Eat as an appetizer or as a main dish. Either way you’ll be muy contento!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup(s) refried black beans
  • 1 jalapeno, chopped
  • 1 onions, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 6 stoneground white corn tortillas
  • 2 tablespoon(s) olive oil

Instructions
 

  • In a medium sized bowl, add refried black beans, jalepeno, onion and garlic and mix well.
  • Place oil in skillet and warm on medium heat until oil is warm.
  • Once sizzling, grab tortilla and fill with refried bean mixture.
  • Roll tortilla up and place fold down into warm skillet.
  • Fry for about 1-2 minutes on each side.
  • Place on plate with paper towel to absorb excess oil.
  • Once finished, enjoy with Guacamole dip.
  • Enjoy!.
