When it comes to finding a quick and easy starter, have you bean there, done that, one too many times? If you’re having an impromptu gathering, this five-minute bean dip recipe will come to the rescue. Serve with pita or tortilla chips.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can of pinto beans
  • 2 ounce(s) roasted red pepper
  • 1/2 floz lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) chili powder
  • 1 dash(es) salt
  • 1 cilantro, chopped

Instructions
 

  • Blend all ingredients, except cilantro, in blender until pureed smoothly.
  • Place in serving bowl.
  • Top with cilantro and enjoy!.
