
Balsamic Glazed Salmon Fillets

Ingredients
- 6 salmon fillets
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 floz white wine
- 1 tablespoon(s) honey
- 5 1/4 tablespoon(s) balsamic vinegar
- 4 teaspoon(s) dijon mustard
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) salt, to taste
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) freshly ground pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon(s) fresh basil, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray.
- Heat oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat, add onions and garlic until softened and browned.
- Mix in white wine, honey, balsamic vinegar, mustard, and salt and pepper.
- Cook on low heat uncovered for about 3 minutes.
- Place salmon fillets on the lined baking sheet.
- Brush the fillets with balsamic glaze, and sprinkle with basil.
- Bake for 10 to 14 minutes, or until flakey.
- Remove from oven and brush remaining glaze on the fillets and season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer to a plate and serve.
