Fancy up your breakfast by dressing up your bagel! Using vegan cream cheese takes the guilt out of eating cream cheese. So yummy and tasty, adding grape tomatoes and salt and pepper give the bagel just the right seasoning to knock your socks off!

  • 5 grape tomatoes, sliced in half

  • Slice and toast bagel.
  • Spread Tofutti cream cheese spread evenly on both slices.
  • Top open faced with grape tomatoes.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
