Apple Cinnamon Pancakes

Ingredients
  

  • 1 3/4 cup(s) whole wheat flour
  • 12 teaspoon(s) pure cane sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 4 1/2 teaspoon(s) baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon(s) ground cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cup(s) low fat milk
  • 1 apple, peeled and chopped

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and cinnamon.
  • Add milk in slowly, whisk it just until the batter is combined.
  • Fold in chopped apples.
  • Be careful not to over mix.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Coat with cooking spray, place a 0.
  • 33 cup of pancake batter onto hot skillet.
  • Cook for 3 to 4 minutes, then flip and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes.
  • You should flip the pancakes when you start to see bubbles.
  • Transfer to a plate once golden brown.
  • Repeat with the rest of the batter and serve pancakes with your favorite topping.
