Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup(s) freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon(s) apple cider vinegar
  • 1 dash(es) salt, to taste
  • 1 dash(es) ground black pepper
  • 2 apples, cored and diced
  • 3 1/2 cup(s) broccoli florets, chopped
  • 1 cup(s) red seedless grapes, quartered
  • 1/4 cup(s) red onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup(s) unsalted roasted sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup(s) almonds, sliced

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the orange juice and apple cider vinegar.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • In a large salad serving bowl, mix apple, broccoli, grapes, onion sunflower seeds and sliced almonds.
  • Pour dressing atop of salad, mix and serve.
