Light Peach Sorbet

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup(s) spring water
  • 9 teaspoon(s) Splenda sugar substitute
  • 1 floz fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 4 medium ripe peaches, peeled and sliced

Instructions
 

  • In a medium saucepan, combine water, lemon, and sugar substitute.
  • Cook and stir over medium heat until sugar is dissolved.
  • Allow to cool slightly then transfer to a blender.
  • Add peaches and cover and blend until smooth.
  • Prepare ice cream cylinder as per manufacturer’s directions.
  • Once filled and ready, transfer sorbet to the freezer container;cover and freeze for 4 hours or until firm.
