
Light Peach Sorbet
You won’t want to miss out on this peachy delight. Light, airy and simply sweet, it is a dessert you don’t have to feel guilty about. Be a peach and try some.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup(s) spring water
- 9 teaspoon(s) Splenda sugar substitute
- 1 floz fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 4 medium ripe peaches, peeled and sliced
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine water, lemon, and sugar substitute.
- Cook and stir over medium heat until sugar is dissolved.
- Allow to cool slightly then transfer to a blender.
- Add peaches and cover and blend until smooth.
- Prepare ice cream cylinder as per manufacturer’s directions.
- Once filled and ready, transfer sorbet to the freezer container;cover and freeze for 4 hours or until firm.
