Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup(s) whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup(s) unsweetened applesauce
  • 2 teaspoon(s) baking powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1 cooking spray
  • 1/4 cup(s) almond milk
  • 3/4 cup(s) mashed sweet potatoes

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400 F.
  • In a large bowl, combine flour, applesauce, baking powder and salt.
  • Add the sweet potato and milk and mix until the dough becomes soft.
  • Turn dough out onto a floured surface, and roll or pat out to 1/2 inch thickness.
  • Spray cooking sheet with cooking spray and drop batter on the cookie sheet.
  • Bake for 15 minutes.
  • Serve warm.
